Step 1

    Install electrical connection to local code and waterproof cover.

    Install transformer or remote receiver and waterproof cover, and 36" gas flex line.

    Set leveling blocks or stone to necessary height to support Crossfire System.

    Fire Pit is now ready for installation.

    Connect gas and electrical connections and check for gas leaks. Turn the system on to test that it is functioning correctly before placing it in the hearth.

    Once gas and electrical connections are tested, set system on support blocks.

    Place lava rock into pan to the top of the burner leaving the pilot assembly exposed.

    Randomly place logs as desired being careful to protect the exposed pilot ignitor not to touch any logs or lava rocks to exposed pilot ignitor.

    Spread out the remaining amount of the lava rock around the logs. Note: Lava rock will leave some dust around after removing it from the bag. This dust can be swept up off the hearth.
